It’s a decent product, but there is better out there for the price. 

The soft mousse does all as written above in the description- lightweight, soft, pliable, no '80s crunchy stiffness,and a fresh scent. As used on shoulder length, fine but thick coloured hair. Ran a small palmful through 50% damp air dried hair, roots to ends (having shaken well,it swells up,a small amount goes far). It combed through with relative ease compared to older generation mousses. No major stiffness when blowdrying. Tonging was quick through large sections (they glided with ease). With cooled-off hair,waves were gentle but defined. Overall-beautiful shine,strong hold,extremely soft and touchable, pliable with a natural easy looking movement. Style retained its shape but looked sexy soft. Smells fresh with a twist,not overpowering and leaves a lovely subtle veil of scent when dry. New,cool,modern,edgy,sophisticated. I think Jen Atkins has caught the zeitgeist here with this easy to use Ouai range.
