Wouldn't typically recommend a shampoo but the Ouai thick hair is amazing! It leaves your hair and scalp feeling SO clean! I wouldn't ever use anything else!

This conditioner has exceeded all of my expectations! It leaves my hair feeling so soft and thick, my hair has been so damaged from bleach so it really needed this. It also detangles my hair amazingly when I use it, unlike anything I've ever used before, and it leaves behind a gorgeous smell that I can still smell in my hair days later. If you have thick unruly hair like mine I would highly recommend this conditioner.

Product is a bit heavy and the smell to me is just awful. Confused why people are saying it’s nice, to me it’s that horrid chemical smell they used to put in face creams and makeup in the 90s. And it lingers - unbearable!

Originally thought this was quite expensive but totally worth it. I use the shampoo and love it so thought I’d try the conridtioner. Highly recommend, smells amazing. (The smell also lasts) and really leaves my hair silky smooth. I can actually feel how smooth and workable my hair is from the minute I wash it out. Only one small downside is the bottle isn’t great, looks amazing in the shower but I think has I get closer to the bottom the harder it will be to get the product out as it’s such hard plastic! Although I like the fact it can be refilled.
