reviewed already on website good product but again too much use leaves hair crispy and dry thats is thing with protien based products for damage need to use more moisture based products ..paul mitchell not moisture enough and makes head itch but super strength is my favourite out of all of all pm products

I have used this on and off over last few years and does do some good,been told though by hairdressing friend who uses paul mitchell that is high protein so after prolonged use will make hair crispy and dry so should alternate with moisturising products,not really sure how meant to use as doesnt say but was told goes on after daily conditioner ..so thats how i use it .. gives hair nice feel and shine ..again i use 2x a week my hair quite tortured
