I bought this product because I have coloured curly hair and have brazilian blow drys. It seemed a perfect match for me given the description, and another review on the site. I had previously used the Pureology Strength Cure conditioner which was fabulous so I bought a 1000ml bottle. However, this product made my hair feel very coarse and tangly, exactly the opposite of the description, and blow drying my hair was difficult. I was very disappointed by the Lookfantastic customer service when I called and explained that the product was dreadful and may be faulty. They refused to take it back as it was opened and said all conditioners were different. I can honestly say after 50 years of using various conditioners that this was definitely not like any other!! My advice to anyone thinking of buying this conditioner - buy a small bottle first or try and get a sample. I have gone back to the Strength Cure as I know that is a great product.

Really happy with this conditioner. A little goes a long way! Also bought the shampoo. Smells gorgeous and my hair is silky smooth. Helps maintain my Brazilian blow dry treatment. Will use again!
