Great at what it does! Doesn’t weigh down my hair. 

This range of hair products left my scalp feeling gritty and dirty. I had to wash my hair 12 hours later and my hair felt so dirty and gross. Very greasy and heavy residue.  I expected better from Redken. 

You only need a bit of this product to feel a difference in your hair. It's super thick so I wouldn't recommend it to those with fine hair because it may weigh your hair down. But for anyone with dry and thick hair, this is definitely a bonus in the hair routine (I wouldn't call it a staple though).

I have type 3b/c 4a hair and it somehow made my hair drier than usual a day after use. Not for me sadly. 

Absolute love how this leaves my hair, I’ve got curly damaged hair which is also dry and this leaves my hair feeling so soft. I use after the shampoo and conditioner in the same range. It’s helping my hair so much
