My skin was dry and flakey in certain areas while oily in my T-zone. This is a hydrating serum without being greasy. I don't see the firming result it claims to have, but overall I enjoyed using it, especially given its price point.

I thought this product series was close to natural but seems to be filled with synthetic junk. I've used natural cosmetics products since 2008 and this serum completely messed up my face (breakouts, red spots etc). Would not recommend.

I've never before felt compelled to review a product, but this serum has had magical effects on my combination/extremely sensitive/couperose-prone skin. I received a sample size (10ml, which is a nice amount) with a previous order on Lookfantastic, and I started using it during a time of utter desperation (I'm being dramatic!), as my skin was acting out and making me unhappy. I loved it so much that I just HAD to buy the full size bottle. I'm probably a bit younger than the target demographic for the "Keep Young and Beautiful" series of products, but, while I don't drink or smoke or abuse my skin in any significant way, I do work from 9AM to 11PM, 5 days a week, in front of a computer screen, getting basically no sun or air, which leads to a tired, washed out-looking skin. The Instant Firming Beauty Shot promises to "lift and plump up the skin, increase elasticity and fight the visible signs of ageing," and that's precisely what it does (well, not sure about the "fighting the signs of ageing" bit yet, but you get the point). As soon as it's been applied, the skin feels (and looks) nice and taut, but not in an unpleasant way! Quite the opposite. I generally apply it after I spritzed (is that a word? English isn't my first language, I apologize!) a floral water, while the skin is still "wet," and I find both the application and result just lovely. But what's truly remarkable for me is the effect the serum has on my couperose. I have no idea which of its ingredients (or combination of them) is responsible for it, BUT THANK YOU, DEAR SIR. The redness is much less noticeable to the eye now, while the tiny bumps (similar to "chicken skin") have almost entirely disappeared. The broken capillaries are still there, of course, I doubt there's anything to do about them, but considering that I haven't been using this product for my couperose—nor it's being sold as such, I'm still very happy with what it does. It's a significant addition to the aforementioned benefits! Obviously I can't vouch it will give the same result to another person afflicted with such a skin condition, but I can see myself repurchasing this serum again and again.

Works well. I'm 37 I don't really have wrinkles, although my skin was looking a little tired. It makes you have a lovely bright and fresh look in an instant!
