an excellent tool for cleansing, apply morning, do not dry, do not pull, the face remains moisturized

I have suffered from acne since my teenage years until now (30s) and had been using really harsh 'cleansers'/face washes with other drying treatments until a few years ago when I started to follow Caroline Hirons, Trinny woodall and Dr Sam Bunting who were talking about using more gentle cleansers, even for acne sufferers, including balms and gels. I started to use Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm which was my absolute favourite and I fell in love with balm cleansers. Because of the price point I started to explore other balms and I tried the Clinique 'take the day off' balm cleanser, the Body shop Camomile balm cleanser and the Botanics hot cloth balm cleanser but I found these to feel quite oily rather than balm-like. I then came across Ren No.1 purity cleansing balm - this is now my new favourite cleanser and I am onto my 4th tube consecutively. I love it even more than the Emma Hardie balm now and I never feel like changing it up. It has a great price point (a little goes a long way), I love the smell, I love the feel on my skin and I trust the brand also for quality ingredients. For double cleansing I love to use the Ren Rosa Centifolia Gel Cleanser first and then end with the balm cleanser. Definitely give this a try if you like the Emma Hardie balm cleanser or other balm cleansers. I love the Ren Rosa Centifolia cleansing range!

I used to be a big fan of eve lom, however after using this product I have shifted my mind. This product provides the same result as eve lom, but it is a lot cheaper and less oily. Also I did not get any pores in the next day after removing the make up.

This is a really good balm. Leaves my sensitive skin feeling lovely, clean and calm, removing all make up. It also smells much better than the eve Lom one and half the price of it, I would definitely buy again :-)

This is a beautiful cleansing balm which is lightly scented and pale yellow in color. i only use a small blueberry size, and work it into the skin and take off with hot cloth. While on one hand I like that its in a tube for hygiene purposes; on the other hand I slightly dislike it as it needs quite firm squeezing to get it out. This STINGS around my eyes, thus only 4/5 stars. Otherwise, its a winner.
