The texture is very rich and yet absorbs very quickly. You will not feel greasy, especially considering how rich the balm is. I have used some cheap hand cream like NUXE and those would just moisturise hands' surface. BUT, a good hand cream like this, you will feel your hands plumped after the product is absorbed. You don't have to put this on every hour. So, a little goes a long way.
