Apply to wet hair with warm water, massage gently from root to ends, rinse. Repeat. Follow with step 5.

Great alternative to Olaplex
This is so affordable and makes a great alternative to Olaplex (have tried both), I keep coming back to this shampoo

Lovely shampoo
This was recommended by my hairdresser who said my hair was terribly dry. You only need a little bit but it makes my hair feel fantastic. She also recommended the Hydra mask which is lovely too
