I wanted to love this but the smell completely put me off :( 

Great for winter months I find it a bit heavy if not used in the right season smells lush just like the range.

I can see that the other reviews are also about the way this is packaged - as so is mine. It is a good lotion, but why is it in a bottle, when it doesn't even come out! I have had to cut it and put the cream into a tub. So I think this is not a lotion, but more of a cream. The manufacturers should consider different packaging. Also, no way of easily contacting them directly other than a phone number! What happened to good old email??

This cream smells lovely but not happy with the texture. And the bottle clogs up.

It is not a lotion. It is the thickest body butter I have ever encountered. So thick, you can't squeeze it out of the bottle. Would have been far better in a tub. It has a pleasant scent and is moisturising, but not enough for my very dry skin. No visible brightening effect. There are cheaper shea butters, this is not really worth the extra.
