Makes my hair feel super clean and hydrated. Nice light smell from the product so it’s not overpowering. Will definitely buy again.

I use both the shampoo and conditioner from the raw shea butter line, as well as the mask, they work so well for my hair whenever its feeling dry. So moisturizing.

I am not sure it does anything special for my hair but I keep rebuying them. 

I have been using Shea Moisture products for a very long time, I have tried most of them now but always returning to this one. I always double shampoo and I can easily have a week gap between washing my hair. My hair is so soft and shiny after this.

I have fine, straight type 1 hair and started using this shampoo because it was silicon free as seen on tiktok (lol) and heard from other reviews on various sites that the raw Shea butter one is best for my hair type.   I found that it doesn’t lather as well as other shampoos (I previously used Aussie, Tresseme, Herbal Essences etc) which meant the first time I used it my hair was greasy towards the back of my head and under my ears so the second time I used it i was less liberal with it — which meant that it does get used up quite quickly for the price ! Same for the conditioner.  However, I did find that my hair has felt a lot silkier and I brush it out while wet before putting heat protect products on etc after my shower, I found that it’s soooo much less knotty!! The brush goes straight through.  Smell is ok, kinda pricier than what I’m used to but does have “clean” ingredients and I have definitely noticed a difference. Would recommend!
