I was gifted this product but went into the experience with a clear head I was pleasantly surprised how this helped my hair is very fine and this made it look thicker and it was very shiny too.

I've got long thick hair and dry sensitive scalp and this shampoo is so gentle to my scalp and hair .I’ve used the shampoo for a week now and I can see improvement.  My hair looks and feels beautiful . The scent of the shampoo is gorgeous.  The consistency is clear gel like  and it lathers on my hair really nice.The shampoo left my hair feeling so clean and replenished . It’s silky smooth, has got great volume and bounce to it . It definitely looks fuller and thicker and it’s so much easier to style now. I am really impressed.

I was gifted this shampoo in return of my honest opinion. I was really happy to try the Balance Shampoo. After the initial use I did notice a bit of a difference in the overall condition of my scalp. Normally after washing its really dry and flaky however this wasn’t the case after using the Balance Shampoo. My hair felt amazing, so soft and manageable. I have been using it in the hope it will help me manage my scalp issues which it seems to be doing! Really happy with the results!

What a game changer ! I am using it for a week , and already I can see huge improvements in my hair condition. My hair and my scalp are a bit greasy , so the shampoo is so good to balance the oiliness without drying it . And I have so much more volume , my hair is shiny and soft . I was gifted this in exchange for my honest review,  firstly I would like to advise you of the type of hair I have, my hair is very fine and thin and I have an oily scalp. The shampoo dispenses as a clear gel , I like the packaging as it’s easy to control how much you use, the shampoo lathers up really nicely and I am able to cover my whole hair with the product , it is easy to wash away and makes my head/hair feel clean.once my hair is dry , it looks clean and none greasy , however, this has not combatted my oily scalp as the next day my hair is looking greasy once again.
