I absolutely love using this over my eyeshadow - normally I use a bronze colour all over the lid then pop this over the top and it gives it such a beautiful shine and glitter! Perfect for the summer. I never use it as an actual eyeliner as I don't think it would be pigmented enough for a wing but for a lid topper it's amazing.
