I try to do stretches after each HIIT workout but using these bath salts as well has really helped my stiff muscles. It isn't too dry for my skin either and a little goes a long way... 5kg is going to last! Well worth it!

I've been using Epsom salt for years. While trying to find a bigger size, I came across the 5kg one here. Great value and with it being delivered, it saves me carrying it from the chemist to home! Will be buying it again.

I find these salts to be very soothing and nourishing. My skin always looks ad feels better after bathing in these. They also help me relax and unwind. I don't like bath salts with unnecessary fragrances and oils, so these are perfect for me. I also love that I can buy a large quantity for a fair price.

Sold in a convenient resealable plastic bag they are very relaxing dissolved in a warm bath of water and really make your skin silky soft as well as helping to detox your body.

After lifting heavy at the gym these are a must have. The granules soften the water and the magnesium soothes heavy, aching and recovinging muscle tissue. I threw 2 handfuls into a hot bath and relaxed for 30 mins- was absolute bliss xx
