Does the job
4It does the job of reducing brassiness however it doesnt really lather so i have to use it with a bit of my other shampoo. Still highly recommend

Best purple shampoo
5I have bought many purple shampoos over the years and this is the best around, leave it on for min 5 minutes and any brassy colour in your hair is dissolved.

Fab product
5I've tried a few different silver shampoos and this is definitely the best one by far, the silver tones look amazing. I would highly recommend it.

Great service, product
3I bought silver shampoo as I read that it works for dark brown hair with highlights. I wanted to get rid of the orangey look and after a few washes, I've noticed some change (less orange). In term's of Lookfantastic's service, the product arrived swiftly and the order process was very easy!

BEST PURPLE SHAMPOO BY A MILE!
5As a dark brunette who has experimented with every shade of blonde from barely-there highlights, to full blown white/grey hair, I have struggled with eliminating those lingering orange and yellow tones. I can honestly say this shampoo (and conditioner) is an absolute game changer! Instantly brightens and tones down the yellow leaving a lovely ashy, bright blonde. I have tried countless purple shampoos, this is the only one that actually works immediately and doesn't leave my hair splotchy or purple. Smells lovely unlike those sickly floral smells so often associated with purple shampoos and doesn't dry my hair out at all! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

L’Oréal Professionnel Serie Expert Silver Shampoo
5Since lockdown the ‘locks’ have acquired a certain ‘platinum’ look on top! I have been trying to embrace this although have booked to have some platinum & ash enhancements next month. As I’d previously had highlights which are growing out, I was recommended to use this product & I can honestly say it has toned the old colour down to a lovely ash colour & even the natural highlights look more acceptable. I’m loving it, although I would say use a nail brush after applying otherwise you will be left with slightly purple fingernails.

Great shampoo- keeps my colour
4This is the first shampoo I’ve found which maintains the ashy tones I spent a fortune getting at the hairdresser. No brassiness at all
