Waterproof but smoky

This eyeliner is waterproof, which is great if like me you have watery eyes. It’s good for doing a smoky look, however it’s very hard to sharpen into a good point and it’s quite soft so it blunts quite quickly, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you like to do a detailed eyeliner look.
