Effective
5So I was sceptical when purchasing these but have to try something as I was suffering with bleeds, hormones etc. I have been taking now for a month and notice many things like improvement on my skin, my hair and my pre menstrual moods have become so much better so my husband had noticed 🫢

Highly recommend

Cured my heavy periods
5Been taking these for a few months now as I suffered with terrible debilitating heavy periods. Since taking these my periods are no longer heavy and I never suffer with periods pains. I have no more mood swings and my skin is much clearer. I would highly recommend them.

Positive pregnancy test within a month!
5I wanted the Hormone Balance pills but this pack was on offer, we’ve been trying around five months for a baby and I’ve been experiencing severe PMS plus seemed to be struggling to conceive. I haven’t taken the Evening Primrose as it’s really powerful, as far as I’m aware it’s not a good idea to take those when trying for a baby. After about three weeks of taking the Hormone Balance pills I fell pregnant!! Maybe it’s just a coincidence or maybe I was lacking something these helped with, I don’t know. It’s still very early on and I’ve now been prescribed a higher does of Folic Acid so I am no longer taking these, I’ll try the Evening Primrose when I’m in labour! I’m so happy I got these, if you’re thinking of trying for a baby then I highly recommend them. Obviously this month I haven’t experienced the emotional side of PMS but my mood was better now I look back after taking the Hormone Balance pills. I think this set would be great for most women to try! I’m certainly happy I got them! If you’re taking these in hopes of getting pregnant like I was, good luck and I hope it happens for you x
