I love this brand & have been taking a number of their vitamins for many months & have noticed a difference in my health & skin. Purchased these as I have hit peri-menopause & have been concerned about my weight gain & sugar intake. My fatigue & stress levels. It is too soon to say if there has been any impact, but they taste delicious, are easy to slide into your routine & were great value. If the other vitamins are anything to go by, I am confident I will feel the impact soon.
