Really works well but..
4Make sure you eat when taking them. I have them in the morning whilst I have my smoothie & toast. I was tsking them on an empty stomach & it was making me throw up. My nails are finally strong!

5After 2 weeks of taking them i noticed that my nails i can keep my nails long as they are resistant and also my hair started to grow and i'm feeling it stronger. The pills are easy to take. I highly recommend them :)

Amazing
5After about a week of taking these I noticed my hair looked healthier and my nails were getting stronger. After a few weeks I actually had long nails for the first time in my life and my hair was longer and thicker! Would highly recommend!

No improvement
3I didn't see any improvement after taking those pills. What I did notice though was the belch after taking them.

Great vitamins
4Don't like the smell and taste, but these vitamins really help me to wake up every morning. My hair looks a little bit better, and nails are much stronger.
